Cheese lovers, this one's for you! My Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Dip recipe is extra cheesy, made with hearty Marinara sauce, and stacked high with luscious layers of dairy free @followyourheart Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Cream Cheese. Using thick trumpet mushrooms I created meaty, vegan Pepperoni and topped off the feast of flavor with freshly chopped Basil plus more plant-based Parmesan. Serve this up with toasted bread, pasta noodles, chips, and more for the most delicious dip!
Rainbow Sushi Rolls
This Rainbow Sushi Roll is completely vegan and filled with vibrant, colorful fillings! Although traditional sushi is usually filled with seafood, since my recipe is fully vegan, my Rainbow Sushi Roll is instead filled with healthy vegetables like carrots, mangoes, avocado, bell peppers and cabbage. Paired with a spicy vegan mayo dip, this combination is a certain must-try!
