For these Fries I used my AeroGarden to harvest fresh parsley, dill and rosemary, fried up some thinly sliced white potatoes in grapeseed oil and coated the golden goodies in pink salt and plant-based parmesan. Served with a side of super creamy ranch dip and a splash of parsley, you’ll want to eat the whole plate!
