Vegan Chicken Skin
Mushrooms are so meaty! With a little bit of seasoning and spice I transformed them into juicy vegan chicken skin with my Caraway double burner. Ace and I love to use these big mushrooms we pick up from the local market and with smoked paprika, maple syrup, plus liquid aminos we love to make this plant-based recipe and treat ourselves to a full flavor feast!
Rosemary Garlic French Fries
It’s official! French fries are my favorite food. And you better believe that the fresh Rosemary and Garlic in this righteous recipe takes it to the next level! For these Fries I used my Aero Garden to harvest fresh Parsley, Dill, and Rosemary, fried up some thinly sliced White Potatoes in Grapeseed Oil, and coated the golden goodies in Pink Salt and plant based Parmesan.
