I love so many things about this recipe but my favorite blessing is that you only need a few, easy to find ingredients to blend, sauté, and serve up this dish. Also, if you are looking to lighten up this Alfredo you can use boiled cauliflower instead of pine nuts along with the sensational seasoning for a fresh and fabulous dinner.

Make this perfect protein-packed Sandwich loaded with beautiful Basil I picked from my AeroGarden right here in my kitchen, vegan mozzarella, tomatoes, and (my favorite bean ever!) smashed chickpeas. 💪🏽 What’s glorious about this recipe is that you can serve the magical Pesto + smashed chickpea mixture on top of salads, with chips, in lettuce wraps, tortillas, and more!
