What's not to love about this flavortastic recipe? My parents NEVER spent money eating out at restaurants but once or twice a year when we did go, I would beg them to let me eat Beef and Broccoli for dinner. Well…since I starting thriving by eating plant based in 2011 I haven’t been able to satisfy that craving until THIS week when I perfected a magically meaty, vegan version! 🥰 Made with marinated Oyster Mushrooms, fresh chopped Broccoli, and @kikkomanusa Vegan Oyster Sauce all easily baked to perfection, I already know that you’ll be tempted to make this simple sheet pan dinner once a week. Cornstarch (3 Tbs)

(MIX TOGETHER IN A BOWL)
Oyster Mushroom (or any chopped mushrooms of choice)(3-6 Cups)
Rehydrated Dried Mushrooms (soaked in water for 45 minutes and then drained)(2-3 Cups)
Steak Seasoning (¼ Cup) @mccormickspice
(IN A LARGE BOWL COAT ALL OF THE MUSHROOMS IN STEAK SEASONING AND THEN LET THEM MARINADE FOR AT LEAST 45 MINUTES IN THE LIQUID)
BEEF AND BROCCOLI SAUCE:
Extra Mushroom Marinade + Vegetable Broth (¼ Cup)
Minced Garlic (2 Tbs)
Maple Syrup (1 Tbs)
Liquid Aminos (2 Tbs)
Sesame Oil (2 Tbs)
Oyster Sauce (2 Tbs)
White Pepper (¼ Tsp)
Pink Himalayan Salt (¼-1 Tsp)
Fresh Grated Ginger (½-1 Tbs)
(MIX TOGETHER IN A BOWL)
Chopped Broccoli (3-8 Cups)
Sesame Seeds (2 Tbs)
🔥 COMBINE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS AND BAKE AT 410F FOR 15-20 MINUTES
